My career has centered around improving quality and lowering the cost of healthcare for patients in every community I have served. We are at a crucial time in our nation’s history to finally make this move to value a reality at scale for the more than 60 million Americans depending on a viable future with Medicare. As the CEO at Honest, I am honored to bring my leadership and shared passion to this spectacular team where, together, we can enable physicians to provide the best possible care for their patients and lead the successful transition from volume to value based reimbursement.

Providing exceptional health care to seniors has been a major focus of my entire career, whether it be at home, in the clinic, or in the intensive care unit. Every senior is unique with their own personal story crafted over decades of living and experiences. I feel honored and privileged to collaborate with the management team and our clinical partners to positively impact seniors across the country and help them obtain the best possible care and outcomes they so deserve.

I experienced health care very differently during my childhood in the U.K. and was fortunate to have a general practitioner who managed all aspects of my care. He came to our home when we were sick, answered calls after hours, and appointments were scheduled with ease. The often inaccessible and inefficient health care in the U.S. is a stark contrast to that experience. Honest’s mission of empowering and enabling primary care physicians to manage all aspects of patient care will improve access and quality of care for those who need it the most. I am passionate about improving access and quality to healthcare and am excited to be part of our mission.

My journey in healthcare began early, working as a nursing assistant through college. This formative experience instilled in me a lifelong dedication to improving healthcare for providers and seniors.

What drives me is the belief that healthcare can and should be more effective. My expertise in quality and risk adjustment, medical expense management, and provider network performance is fueled by a desire to ensure every patient receives personalized and coordinated care, while physicians and providers receive the support they need.

I am excited to work alongside the incredible team at Honest as we transform healthcare delivery and better the experience for physicians and their senior patients.

Our health care system presents a complex and fragmented landscape for patients to navigate, particularly when they are at their most vulnerable. Empowering primary care physicians to hold the central role in care delivery is paramount to simplifying the experience for both the patient and the physician and achieving improved health outcomes. I want to be a part of making that a reality for all.

I was determined to be a part of an organization that is committed to transforming health care. It has been heartbreaking to watch my grandparents navigate our complex healthcare system. They deserved better and so do others. Honest is making a difference in this world, and I am honored to be part of it.

Throughout my legal career, I have represented physicians and health systems. Joining Honest has given me the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team committed to transforming healthcare. We empower physicians to transition from a fee-for-service model to a value-based reimbursement system, a model which prioritizes high-quality, cost-effective care. Our legal team is instrumental in these efforts, navigating complex healthcare regulations, ensuring compliance, and overcoming challenges for Honest and our physician partnerships. Together, we are poised to make a profound impact on healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

After spending over two decades in the health care industry, I’ve seen both the successes and failures of our system. I strongly advocate for a better model that benefits both physicians and patients. My passion lies in promoting value-based care, which I believe has the potential to greatly improve our health care delivery system.

Over my 25-year career in healthcare, working for national and large regional health plans, I’ve seen the industry from multiple angles. However, it wasn’t until my mother began navigating the healthcare system and her Medicare Advantage plan more frequently that I truly grasped how disconnected, confusing, and impersonal it can be. This experience highlighted the critical need for a more supportive and coordinated approach for health care delivery for seniors. A model that extends the reach of primary care, harnesses the potential of longitudinal data, and offers home-based services for high-risk patients.

When Honest approached me to be part of their efforts to collaborate with physicians, health systems, and payers – to the benefit of patients, I knew I wanted to be part of reimagining how primary care could be delivered.

I feel incredibly blessed to work with a team dedicated to supporting physicians and their patients to reframe the way care is financed and delivered.

I joined Honest to drive transformative growth and enhance our impact on the communities we serve. With 15 years of experience in healthcare, I have led multi-specialty medical groups and played a pivotal role in expanding services across health systems, supporting their journey towards value-based care. My passion lies in creating strategic partnerships that deliver high-quality care to patients and value to physician partners.

As a mission-driven leader, I am committed to fostering meaningful interactions and relationships and am excited to bring my experience to Honest as we continue to innovate and elevate healthcare delivery.
